Hey! I’m so happy you’re here! Hiring a doula is such an incredible first step on a journey towards an empowered birth. I would be honored to be your doula.

I am a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and all around birth enthusiast. Whether you are looking for a guide through the entire process, postpartum recovery help, natural birth support, hospital birth advocacy, home birth assistance, VBAC support, or help in birth plan creation, I have years of experience and would love to support you.

I have had two unmedicated births personally, and love natural birth! However, my deepest desire is that families come away from their births feeling supported, respected, and without trauma, no matter what kind of birth that is. I provide c-section support, attend births with epidurals, as well as unmedicated births in and out of hospital. Everyone deserves experienced doula support, no matter what kind of birth you choose.

I believe strongly in, and put high value on autonomy. That YOU get to make the choices for YOUR birth. My job isn’t to give you all the “right” answers, it’s to help you find the right answer for you. To help you ask the right questions. To help you take all of the facts and evidence, the opinions of your provider and partner, and then to weigh that against yourself and what your gut is telling you to make a decision YOU feel comfortable with.

Evidence-based support, trauma-informed care, a nuanced approach, and individualized care are at the core of how I show up for my clients.

PACKAGES

BIRTH PLAN

$250 | Ideal for planners who want a strong foundation.

A private planning session to clarify your vision, explore your options, and create a confident, personalized birth plan. A one-time session to get your birth plan on point. This is for the planner in you, or if you're just not sure where to start.

  • Personalized birth plan PDF (hospital, out-of-hospital, c-section, and induction)

  • Includes edits + follow-up support via email for your plan

  • Delivered as a print-ready PDF to tuck into your birth bag

$750 | Virtual support with heart and presence.

Ongoing support from me, virtually, through pregnancy and postpartum.
Includes:

  • Everything in Birth Plan Package

  • Postpartum planning session

  • Virtual access to me for general support through 6 weeks postpartum

  • Includes help with positions, pain management, resources, and emotional processing

*Optional add-on: 12 postpartum hours - $540 
Used in 3, 4, or 6-hour blocks. I’ll come help with whatever you need:
baby care, older sibling support, light chores, meals, lactation help, or just company.

FULL BIRTH SUPPORT

$1,400 | In-person, on-call, and all-in with you through the journey.

This is full-spectrum birth support for families who want to feel held throughout.
Includes:

  • Everything in Virtual Support Package

  • A small gift from me to you

  • In-person birth support starting in active labor through 1–2 hours post-birth

  • A postpartum home visit (with treats!) to check in, debrief, and assist with early newborn/lactation care

  • Access to a private Facebook group to ask questions, build community, and find out about exclusive in-person meetups

WRAPAROUND BIRTH SUPPORT

$1,850 | The all-in package for parents wanting deep, wraparound support with a true guide by their side.

  • Everything in Full Birth Support

  • One extra prenatal meeting (choose your focus: registry or nursery setup, comfort measures and positions practice, meal prep, etc.)

  • One extra postpartum visit (after the dust settles and everyone else has stopped checking in) to talk, process, and tend to your heart and home

  • Priority access to me for questions, guidance, and emotional check-ins

Used in 3, 4, or 6-hour blocks. I’ll come help with whatever you need:

POSTPARTUM

$2,000 | For parents needing support for transition to being at home with their baby

  • Postpartum Plan Meeting (required before care begins)

  • 40 hours of hands-on in-person support in the postpartum period

  • Helping with things like dishes, laundry, holding baby while mom rests, meal prep, questions about breastfeeding, sleeping, etc.

  • Tailored support for your situation and needs  

*additional fees will apply for multiples, overnights, weekends, and mileage outside of my service area.

FAQs

  • Yes I accept payment plans! I believe every family deserves doula services, and payment plans can make doula support more accessible. Please reach out for more information on other affordability options!

    For payment, I accept cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Cash, or I can invoice through Stripe if you need the ability to use a credit card or an HSA/FSA card!

  • I limit clients to 4 per month which allows me to focus on each family, and decreases the likelihood of births overlapping. However, in the event that I am attending another birth, a highly qualified and experienced doula will be provided at no additional cost to you.

  • I support any type of birth. From an unmedicated home birth with midwives in the woods, to a planned and scheduled c-section, and anything in between. I support home, birth center, and hospital births. Whether you want to go unmedicated or get the epidural the second you walk in the hospital doors, my goal is to support you in YOUR goals and desires. I will advocate and make sure you have all of the options and information you need in order to make whatever decision you feel most comfortable with - no matter what it is. I work for YOU.

  • As a certified birth doula, I have attended and supported almost 200 births over 6 years. Each one unique and beautiful, and each one teaching me more and more about the mysteries and intricacies of birth.

  • I am located in Lakeland, Florida. I attend most births in Lakeland. My coverage area is about 50 miles, which includes Polk County cities like Bartow, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Mulberry, Lake Wales, and so on. I have attended births at hospitals all over the Tampa Bay area including, Lakeland Regional (LRH), Winter Haven Women’s Hospital, Tampa General (TGH), birth center, and home births all over Central Florida.

    I have also traveled to attend births out of state for scheduled inductions, as well as provided virtual support for out of state clients. Separate fees apply and travel spots are limited, so book early if you’re interested!
